Excellent store! They treat their customers the right way by thanking them for their support making sure you are in a relaxed environment not stressed out on what clothes you want to select for yourself or someone else! They always put the customers first and they really do care about the quality of their product and did you have a good experience shopping at our store!

Walking into the store feels like coming home. You’re greeted like a lifelong friend and the customer service is second to none. The products these guys put out are fantastic. Easily my favorite hats. The shirts are super comfortable and they flat out just fit great. It seems like every product they release becomes a staple item in my closet. Can’t wait to see this company continue to grow

Best hat and shirt I’ve ever worn. The quality of their garments are nothing short of exceptional. Pete, the manager for this store went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fitting shirt. The level of genuine customer service combined with the fine quality of their products keep me coming back. Highly recommend!

I was visiting Minnesota and stopped to do some shopping at MOA. While walking by a store, the Normal Brand caught my eye. I went in and left with two new shirts and a pair of pants. I absolutely love all of them and they have become my new favorite brand. The store manager was very friendly and helpful. I also noticed that the store had a great selection of sizes and styles, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for stylish and comfortable clothing.

I’ve always loved the clothing and quality from this store and have shopped online. I stopped in this location as my first time in store, and the experience was awesome. Zach was super helpful showing me around the store and helping me pick items to try on. I’m also not from the area and he gave so many wonderful local recommendations. I usually don’t love shopping in store and prefer online shopping, but this experience was wonderful and reminded me of why I love this brand so much!

Love how The Normal Brand team put together this space! These days, retail shopping is all about the experience - and that is exactly what you'll get at this store. From eye-catching merchandise displays to an in-shop bar to a curated lounge area complete with flat screen TVs and snacks, The Normal Brand STL store really defines the modern day shopping experience. If that wasn't enough, they often host free events (think tequila tastings and workout classes), so be sure to check for updates on their social media!

First time visiting and had a great experience. I purchased a cap and Zac was very helpful and informative on the products they carry. If I am ever back in St. Louis I will most definitely stop by to see what new caps are available or take advantage of their website to order as well.
